360fit Testimonial by Jessika Rose

The staff at 360fit fit are wonderful, they are very nice, helpful and motivating, (not to mention nice to look at).

I love the boot camps, they are a great way to address all the muscle groups and have fun doing it. Working out as a class keeps you motivated to go to a set schedule when you can, and it’s always fun to have a competitive edge with the person next to you doing the same thing.

Boot camps are always different so you never get bored of doing the same thing over and over again. The plyometric exercises mixed with using kettle bells, medicine balls, ropes, and TRX and more is an awesome variety!
